The aggregate batch plant mechanic electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, conducting tests and inspections, and troubleshooting electrical issues. This is a safety sensitive position.
Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Read technical diagrams and blueprints. Perform general electrical maintenance. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures. Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations. Maintain & Repair Equipment when required. Setting up a new batch plant and tearing down when required.
Requirements: Hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems. Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems. Good knowledge of various test equipment. Proficient in the utilization of multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, data loggers, and assorted hand tools and documentation of measurements.
Work Environment: Industrial setting. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle the demands of an industrial plant environment.
